Margaret recently received an honorary doctorate from Brescia University College at the University of Western Ontario. She has also been offered the Sweeney Award from St. Jerome's College at the University of Waterloo, which she will receive in October 2004.

Margaret will be delivering a series of lectures at Regent College in Vancouver in October.

Filming is set to start in Rome on a documentary film based on Margaret's book, The Geometry of Love.
